Invoice
If you wish to request an invoice, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@sangueblu.shop
You will need to provide us with the holder’s tax code, VAT number and unique code.
The invoice can be issued within 12 days from the date of purchase.

Right of withdrawal
If you have changed your mind after placing an order on sangueblu.shop and you no longer wish to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as indicated in art. 52 of the Consumer Code. Please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@sangueblu.shop, keeping the code of the order you have placed handy; one of our operators will support you for any withdrawal operations.



Returns
If you need to return the goods you have received, please contact Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@sangueblu.shop, keeping the order code at hand: we will check what has happened and the existence of the necessary conditions to open a return procedure on your behalf.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
The refund file is opened immediately by Customer Service as soon as you make the return.
The refund is usually made with the same method you used for payment.
The refund is usually made within 14 days (in the case of a withdrawal) from the sending of the Order Confirmation and 30 days (in the case of a partial refund due to the unavailability of one or more products) from the receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal.
